VIECLAT is a brand operated by MVA GLOBAL COMMERCE INC., an online retailer specialising in solid gold fine jewellery set with lab-grown diamonds and genuine gemstones, operating exclusively through its e-commerce platform at vieclat.com.

Nature of Products & Materials

All jewellery sold by VIECLAT is crafted from solid gold (10K, 14K, or 18K) and is never gold-plated, gold-filled, or gold vermeil. The karat and metal colour (yellow gold, white gold, or rose gold) of each piece are clearly indicated on the respective product listing.

Diamond pieces feature Lab-Grown Diamonds — stones that are physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined diamonds, produced in controlled laboratory environments. Where applicable, gemstone types (e.g. amethyst) and any use of cubic zirconia are disclosed in the individual product descriptions.

Product images on vieclat.com are intended to be as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in display screens, lighting conditions, and photographic processing. These variations do not constitute a defect.

Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on vieclat.com are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. VIECLAT reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

If your payment method is denominated in a currency other than CAD, your financial institution may apply a foreign exchange conversion fee. VIECLAT is not responsible for such charges.

Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order on vieclat.com constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon VIECLAT's acceptance of your order, confirmed by the dispatch of an order confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout.

VIECLAT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability, or failure to meet eligibility requirements. In such cases, any payment already collected will be fully refunded.

Shipping & Customs Duties

VIECLAT ships domestically within Canada and internationally. All orders are insured and tracked from dispatch.

VIECLAT covers all customs duties and import taxes on behalf of the customer. The price displayed at checkout is the final price — no additional fees will be charged upon delivery, regardless of the destination country. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. VIECLAT accepts no liability for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other factors outside its reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. VIECLAT strongly recommends retaining all tracking information until your order has been received and inspected.

Returns & Refunds

VIECLAT accepts returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided the item is returned in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, modification, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.

Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged. To initiate a return, contact info@vieclat.com within the applicable period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on VIECLAT's part.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Intellectual Property

All content published on vieclat.com — including but not limited to product photographs, design files, written descriptions, brand name, logo, and visual identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of MVA GLOBAL COMMERCE INC. and is protected under applicable Canadian and international copyright and trademark law.

No content from vieclat.com may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of MVA GLOBAL COMMERCE INC. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MVA GLOBAL COMMERCE INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our website, products, or services — including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

MVA GLOBAL COMMERCE INC.'s total liability in connection with any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the order in question.

Nothing in this Legal Notice limits MVA GLOBAL COMMERCE INC.'s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all matters arising from your use of vieclat.com or purchase of our products are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec. If you are a consumer resident in another Canadian province or territory, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your own province.
