Thank you for shopping with VIECLAT. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within Canada: 3–10 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • International: 14–30 business days

These are estimated timelines only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or other factors outside of our control may occur.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number(s). You can use this information to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

VIECLAT covers all customs duties and import taxes on your behalf. The price you see at checkout is the full price you pay — there are no surprise fees upon delivery, anywhere in the world.

5. Damages

VIECLAT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You may also contact us at info@vieclat.com and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office. If your package is still missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

VIECLAT is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@vieclat.com. We will do our best to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
