Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Production time
Every piece is made to order. Orders ship within 5–6 business days. 

Shipping options

• Free standard shipping with UPS. Arrives in about 5–7 business days after your order ships.
• Express shipping is available at checkout for a fee. Arrives in about 1–2 business days after your order ships.

Express shipping speeds up delivery only, not production.

Duties and taxes
We cover all customs duties and import fees. You won’t pay anything extra on delivery. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

Tracking
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Gift orders
Every piece arrives in a jewelry gift box. You can add a gift note in your cart, and we’ll include it in the package.

Shipping Protection
You can add Shipping Protection at checkout. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll replace or refund your piece. Without it, we’ll help you file a claim with UPS, but we can’t guarantee a replacement or refund.

Address changes
You can update your shipping address any time before your order ships. Please double-check your address at checkout, because we aren’t responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 days of its expected delivery date, contact us and we’ll look into it with UPS.
